Santa and the parade

We only made it to one Santa Claus parade this year (last year we hit up 3 I think).  After Alexis' last morning of gymnastics we went to the Norwich parade and then walked down to the fire station to meet Santa.  This is the first year that Greyson was eager to go see Santa, as long as he didn't have to sit on his lap - fair enough.  As we walked to the station it seemed as though Greyson was a local celebrity with all his little school friends calling out "Hi" to him.  It's pretty cute.  I assured Greyson while we waited that he didn't have to sit on his lap and that he could just talk to him.  But when Santa asked Greyson he was all for it.  Alexis on the other hand wants nothing to do with him, but does like him from a distance and from the safety of Trevor's arms.  She told me before that day that she would wave at him, but wasn't going to talk to him - she would send him a letter instead.
