First day of School for Greyson!!!

Greyson started full day Jr. kindergarten on Thursday September .  As excitted as he was, I was nervous for how it would actually go down when he had to get on the bus.  He completely surprised me and got on with a smile.  No tears at all!  And came home the same way!  Yay Greyson!

And there goes my 4 year old, driving off with a complete stranger - weird.

Alexis and I drove to the school to see him arrive and how it went (in secret).  We got there about 8:45am and I still couldn't find him on the kindergarten playground when the bell rang at 9am.  I was a bit worried and started to walk over to where the teachers were to ask, when Patsy and the bus pulled into the bus turn around.  Our neighbor, 12 year old Jacob, helped Greyson off the bus and led him (after Greyson went the the complete wrong way) to the teachers waiting for him and the other kindergartners getting off the bus.  He looked like a deer in headlights, but followed instructions and went in like a trooper!  I relaxed a bit after that for sure!
