Picking up Greyson from the bus

We drove the tractor down the lane to get Greyson from the bus today - then they had their snack (aka Greyson's lunch) in the trailer.

After about 10 minutes of stellar scrubbing, poor Lexi received her first sting by a lazy fall bee.  She recovered much quicker than her brother when he had his first sting!

Meet the Teacher BBQ

Half cold/flu sick and half pregnancy sick I managed to take the kids to the meet the teacher BBQ at Greyson's school.  He was VERY excited to show us his school and classroom!  After (me) successfully not throwing up outside on the school playground, we were able to go inside and have a successful visit.

Our dear beloved Willy (aka Wilson, aka Billy, aka William) - September 12, 2014

Here is a little photo tribute to our dear sweet giant Wilson.  We miss him greatly, but he was an amazing dog who had a great life, and is now with his best dog buddy Casanova.

So happy we took Willy to Tobermory with us this summer.  We worried it might be too much for his old man bones, but he really enjoyed it.  He LOVED the water.

Willy got some pancakes made for him that morning - Greyson and I fed them to him (and bbq'd hamburgers for lunch).   This was a hard one for Greyson but he was a trooper.
