Easter weekend was great - coloured our eggs on Friday morning and then the Easter Bunny came to our house while everyone was having their afternoon naps!
Note Lexi's face in this photo - ha ha - hopefully she finds this funny when she's older!
Up from nap and checking out what the Easter Bunny left us before we head out for the Easter Egg hunt! Greyson and Trev are watching Grey's new dinosaurs grow from their capsules...
Post Easter Egg Hunt Snack on the porch in the warm weather - Lexi wore one of Grey's old baseball hats and didn't remove it once!
Finishing up some yard work
Saturday morning Trev had to work for a couple of hours, so after Alexis work up from her morning nap we drove into Norwich for the Optomist Club Easter Egg Hunt. We were there 5 mins late cause I couldn't find the park, and therefore missed the entire thing. Apparently the egg hunt is over in 2-3 mins every year. BUT we did see the Easter Bunny herself and she gave us plenty of eggs. Then we went walking in the park and Greyson still found some eggs hiding (as I was dropping the ones we just got while walking in front of him). Despite being late, Greyson still had fun and was ecstatic with what he found - phew!
All dressed up for Easter Dinner with the Mayer side of the family
Greyson and Josh's Easter Egg Hunt was also a huge success - they shared everything they found and helped each other. It was very sweet - we thought there was going to be a lot of fighting!
And of course there was baseball....
here they are batting at bubbles...
