Our friend Josh was home for a visit and came out for a visit to meet Alexis and see Greyson.

At the recent Jays game we went to we got a Ricky Romero bobble head dude  - Ricky is a big deal now and often accompanies us on the various things we do all day.  On this day Ricky had to have lunch with Greyson in his own chair, with his own fork.  Greyson was trying to feed him rice, but was okay with giving him a carrot instead.

Visit from the Smiezsks

Marty, Heather, Noah, and Aiden came for a visit to see Lexi for the first time.   Greyson had a blast playing with the boys once he finally woke up from his afternoon nap.  Before he went to bed he told Trev that he would "nap to 5", and he did just that - weird:)

Visit from Jen, Ben and Adalyn

These two are going to be good buddies when they are older:)

 

 This (finger painting) is one of the few activities that excited 4 year old Ben that wasn't Star Wars related.  Trevor was his hero when he brought out all his old star wars toys when he got home from work on Wednesday.   Ben asked all afternoon "is it dinner time yet?"  because that is when I told him Trev would be home to look for the star wars toys.  When Trev got it all out for him he got a "This is AWESOME!" from Ben.

 

Greyson shared his room for the first time with Ben this week - there are two beds in Greyson's room so it worked out well.  The first it took a little time to get them both to sleep - we could here Ben telling Greyson (very nicely) to go to sleep because he needed his sleep.  Greyson was super excited and whispering "wake up" to Ben.  I went up to help Ben out and settle Greyson to sleep and Ben said " I need my sleep, I've had a rough day".  Hilarious!!!  The second night we put Greyson down first then Ben went to bed once Greyson was asleep - that went perfectly.

Father - Daughter Conversation

Last Week Lex and I had our first true conversation. She was pretty excited about her upcoming weekend with Grandma Barb and Grandpa Joe, and had lots to say.
