Cousin Joshua is here !!!

Joshua Brian Mayer was born on Wednesday October 20th at 3:15pm - 8 lbs 2 oz. He is super tiny and super cute! They packed up and went home that night and are doing well. Greyson met his cousin for the first time this afternoon since he couldn't come into visit his new cousin in the hospital.

You can see from the pictures below that Greyson and Josh are already buddies at 3 months and 3 days old, respectively (note Josh's tuxedo onesie and his giant hands)

First weekend without dad around went alright:)

Last weekend was our first weekend without dad as Trev went up to the lot with Christopher and Jonah to get it ready for the winter. Greyson and I kept busy though. Thursday night we relaxed at home, and then on Friday we hung out at Jeff and Katie's while Uncle Jeff and Grandpa Joe were working on Jeff's roof on Friday. Saturday was shopping with a very pregnant aunt Katie and then hanging out at Sabrina's on Saturday night.

Just some of the exciting activities that Greyson has been doing lately....

This past weekend Greyson and I went to Snyder's Family Farm with Aunt Katie. Shelly (Katie's sister) and Shelly's 3 girls - Greyson didn't appear to care a whole lot, but I am sure next year will be different:)

We have also tried out the swing for the first time this past week and appears to be a hit with the kid...

This week Greyson went shopping and picked out a couple of shirts he likes - Right now he is a fan of the Knicks, the Celtics and the Lakers - Dad is not too pleased about the Lakers but says he can live with it:) He also has some new shoes that we tried on him, however they are already too small.

Winnie the Pooh and Friendsgiving returns

We had our second annual friendsgiving this weekend and although I forgot to take pictures of everyone at the table with all the lovely food, we did get a few pics including one of Trev and his yummy turkey. Dinner was fabulous thanks to all Trev's hardwork and the yummy dishes that everyone brought with them. I made the Cranberry sauce so I was able to contribute a little to the feast. There are a few pics below of a couple of our Friendsgiving attendees, but I of course forgot to take more photos of everyone else... whoops! Thanks to everyone for a good night!

I have been getting Greyson in his crib when I can during the day - just practice for when he actually starts sleeping in his room instead of the pack 'n play in ours. The mobile is a big hit right now!

And of course the pictures you have all been waiting for, I just know it. The most adorable outfit ever. Greyson enjoyed some time outside in his new outfit with the dogs and Trev.

The Circle of Neglect is a hit

Its a bit early but we thought we would try out the Circle of Neglect to see how Greyson likes it. With a little extra padding for his back he sits quite nicely and enjoys himself for a quite a while...

More Smiles and visits

We have had some visits from Uncle Stinks (Jeff) and Aunt Katie (who is due very very very soon now!!!!). You may notice from the pics below that there is some resemblance to Uncle Stinks, just a little bit. Greyson and I have been trying to keep ourselves busy during the day and have done some shopping with Grandma M- turns out he is an excellent shopping companion so far:) Smiles are given out all the time now and there is LOTS of talking happening - Especially in the morning - Greyson is a real morning person! Greyson is looking forward to meeting his new cousin soon and spending lots of time with him since Katie and I will be off together.
